30-day Free Return!
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day free return service to make sure you feel confident shopping with us.
Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you’ve received all your items.
Our quality control teams carefully inspect every product before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect in size, or not what you ordered, we’ll be happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges Process:

- Contact us through email support@elfsack.com or Messenger first.
- Get our return address.
- Fill in your order number, email, and reason for return or exchange on the return card. Ship it back with your items, and provide us with the tracking number after dispatch.
- Once we receive your items, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1–5 business days.
⚠️ We do not accept returned items that are sent back without contacting us first.
Return Conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after the delivery date if the product is defective, the wrong size, or an incorrect item.
- Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags. Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, accessories, and lucky bags.
Processing Time
- Most returns and exchanges are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your package.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It usually takes 1–3 business days after we apply for the refund.
Important Notes
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- The freight insurance is non-refundable.
- At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (we are working on offering more customer-friendly return options internationally).
