Refund Policy

14-day Free Return and Exchange for the First Order!

We get it, not everything works out perfectly. If it did, we would all be backup dancers for Beyoncé! But we get it, you want your money back and we want you to be happy with your experience.

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items.

Our quality control teams will make sure that all the products we ship are in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to find a solution.

Returns & Exchanges Process:


1.Contact us through email service@elfsack.com or messenger first

2.Get our return address

3.Please note the order number, your email and return or exchange reasons on the return card, and ship it with your items together back to our warehouse. After you ship the items, please inform us the tracking number.

4.We'll apply for the refund or exchange in 1-5 business days after we receive your items.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

Return Conditions:

1. If you have received a defective item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or just don't like it, please contact us immediately. Refund and exchange is available in 30 days after the delivery date.

2. Items returned must be in original condition with the original packing and tags. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We don't offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

4. The following items cannot be returned or replaced: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, accessories and lucky bag

Processing Time:

1. Most returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-5 business days after we receive your package.

2. We'll issue the refund to your original payment account, and it usually takes 1-3 business days after we apply for the refund.

Important Hint:

1. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

2. The freight insurance is non-refundable.

3. We currently do not cover shipping costs to return (working on offering more friendly return policies to international customers tho!)
