- Timeframe: Within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, with all original ELFSACK tags attached, and free of stains or odors.
- Non-Returnable: Final sale items, accessories, and swimwear cannot be returned.
- How to Start: Please visit our Returns Policy page and contact us to begin the process. Your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
