30-Day Return Policy!
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the last item in your order.
Our quality control teams carefully inspect every product before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, the wrong size, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges Process:

- Initiate a Return: Contact us first via email at support@elfsack.com or through Messenger to start the process.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Fill out the enclosed return card with your order number, email, and the reason for the return/exchange. Place this card inside the package with your item(s).
- Ship It Back: Ship the package back to us. After shipping, please provide us with the tracking number.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 1–5 business days.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned items that are sent back without prior contact. Please be sure to contact us first.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, the wrong size, or incorrect.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, accessories, and lucky bags.
Refund Policy
- Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
- If your order was placed with a discount or coupon, the refund amount will be based on the final paid price.
- For partial returns, any discounts or promotions applied to the original order may be recalculated and adjusted.
- Once your return is processed, please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
